Vawzen Group Ltd is the parent company behind CarePilot360 and Vawzen Innovation. We build software — sometimes for clients, sometimes to keep.
Why we exist
Most agencies build and hand over. We build and stay involved.
Vawzen Group was formed to sit above two related efforts: Vawzen Innovation, our software agency, which designs and builds bespoke websites and systems for clients; and CarePilot360, a workforce management product we own and operate ourselves in the care sector.
Running an owned product alongside client work changes how we build for clients too. We're not just shipping and moving on — we know what it's like to live with a system after launch, maintain it, and grow it. That shows up in every project: clean, documented code; a clear upgrade path from static to dynamic; and no dependency on a page builder or a platform we don't control.

Tina leads Vawzen Group with a simple standard: build things properly, or don't build them at all. That means fully owned code over rented templates, systems designed for where a business is headed rather than just where it is today, and a refusal to treat "good enough" as a finishing point.
Under her direction, Vawzen Group has grown from a single care-sector product into a group that builds for clients across multiple industries — while staying deliberately hands-on with every project the group takes on.
